Example number 1 of 8: The company manufacturing naturopathy based medicines wanted to export these medicines to other countries. For this purpose, they hired Daniel, an expert in international marketing laws who helped them to liaison with purchasers in other countries.

 

Example number 2 of 8: The project to extend the railway line was getting delayed. It was felt that this was due to lack of coordination between various government departments. Therefore, an IAS officer was appointed for smooth liaison between various agencies.

Example number 5 of 8: Mukund joined a manufacturing company as an HR manager. The company had about 150 workers on its payroll. Mukund’s role was to act as a liaison officer between the workers and the management.

 

Example number 6 of 8: A leading TV manufacturing company established a network of 350 dealers. Initially, the company held regular conferences with the dealers. But, later, there was no proper liaison with the dealers and slowly the company’s market share started deteriorating.

 

Example number 7 of 8: An online food ordering start-up signed an agreement with a company specializing in the delivery of goods. Both the companies implemented automated software so that the liaison between both results in flawless execution.

 

Example number 8 of 8: The Magnus hospital has set up a liaison desk at the reception. The staff at this desk co-ordinate between the doctors and patients. This has resulted in impeccable service levels.
