CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
EXCHANGE POLICY We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.
