Example number 7 of 8: A cosmetics company received feedback from the market about defects in their products. Hence, they carried out a scrutiny of their products at their factory. They found a defect in one of the raw materials and resolved the issue immediately.

 

Example number 8 of 8: The patient was brought to the hospital in an unconscious state. Upon careful scrutiny, the doctor found a swelling at the back of his head and the patient was rushed to the MRI scan machine for a checkup.
